Jamie Cartwright

Move4 Founder

MOVE4 Built from experience—not theory.
After two decades of leading businesses, facing burnout, rebuilding from failure, and learning the hard way what really drives change, he created MOVE4 as the framework he wished he had. It’s not built on hype—it’s built on lived lessons, deep reflection, and a relentless belief in what’s possible when you move with self-aligned purpose.

Having spent years in high-performance environments, from professional sports to business leadership, Jamie understands firsthand the struggles of feeling stuck and the power of structured personal growth.

His journey was shaped by resilience, self-discovery, and a relentless pursuit of self-improvement. A former professional footballer, Jamie’s career in elite-level sport instilled in him the importance of discipline, mental strength, and adaptability.

However, his true transformation came when he realized that life isn’t about fighting resistance but learning to move with it—a philosophy that led to the creation of the MOVE Method.

Jamie’s breakthrough moment came after appearing on SAS: Who Dares Wins, where he was pushed to his mental and physical limits. This experience reinforced his belief that growth comes from stepping outside comfort zones and developing systems for sustainable change.

The MOVE Method—built on Momentum, Optimisation, Value, and Exertion—was designed to help others apply these principles in their own lives.

Move4 is more than a coaching programme; it’s a structured system for those who want to go beyond traditional self-help approaches and create lasting momentum.

Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply striving for more, Jamie’s mission is to help you build a life of clarity, confidence, and action.
